TINC Evidence Library
Credibility should be traceable, not merely well written.
The Evidence Library maps the professional experience, operating scope, frameworks and records behind TINC’s work. It provides useful proof without publishing confidential material or turning a strategic consultancy into an online archive box.
Employment records, internal business documents, commercially sensitive material and identifying information remain protected. Where evidence is relevant to an engagement, TINC can explain its basis or provide an appropriate de-identified extract, reference or verification pathway.

Evidence access
The right level of proof for the decision being made.
Not every visitor needs the same depth. Evidence is shared in proportion to relevance, confidentiality and the purpose of the request.
Public evidence
Selected case studies, capability descriptions and de-identified examples that can be reviewed without additional access.
Engagement evidence
Relevant examples, extracts or methodology detail discussed during scoping where they help assess fit or understand the proposed approach.
Protected verification
References or records considered only when genuinely required and lawful to share, with third-party privacy and commercial sensitivity protected.
The evidence standard
Useful proof, with the boundaries left intact.
TINC uses evidence to support judgement, not to decorate a claim. The standard is simple: identify what the material proves, what it does not prove and whether it can responsibly be shared.
Material claims are linked to a record, observed work, reliable source or clearly identified professional judgement.
The evidence supports the specific claim being made. An output is not quietly promoted into an outcome.
Client, employer and third-party material is de-identified or withheld unless there is a valid basis and permission to share it.
Evidence is selected because it helps assess capability or inform a decision, not because a large document count looks impressive.
